Slots Royale Review

4 / 5

Slots Royale was established in 2024 and comes from Jumpman Gaming, a well-known and respected presence in the online casino industry. The site is packed with slots, table games, bingo, scratchcards and live dealer tables from over 15 different software providers, including big hitters like NetEnt and Microgaming.

It also suffers from setbacks like no live chat and a games lobby which can get a bit messy. So, is it worth checking out? Get the full scoop in my review of Slots Royale casino.

Editor’s Verdict: Slots Royale Casino

I noticed some Bond-esque silhouettes at the start of my Slots Royale casino review, but this loosely applied theme never becomes intrusive. The focus, instead, is where it should be – on the hundreds of games available from more than 15 software providers.

Bonuses also play a big role here, and you can usually find upwards of 12 or even 15+ promotions running at once. They’re not just run of the mill, either. Instead, the team at Slots Royale will give you the chance to win takeaway meals, cameras, and much more.

Certain aspects of Slots Royale casino left me frustrated. When creating an online casino in 2024, why would you limit support to email only? And, if you’ve done the hard part in securing hundreds of top games from 15+ software providers, why not make it easy for players to look through them, rather than bundling them all under a handful of tabs with no additional filters?

While there are indeed many exciting bonuses, a lot of the ones with casino prizes as rewards – like free spins – come with pretty unrealistic wagering requirements. I’ve been reviewing casinos like Slots Royale for many years, and am yet to successfully convert a bonus with 65x wagering requirements.

A Closer Look at Pros and Cons

Slots Royale packs a fun-filled feature into every crevice of the casino, whether that’s a spin of the Mega Reel when you make a qualifying deposit, or simply choosing from the many bonuses under the ‘Promotions’ tab. One key downside is the too-common 65x wagering requirements, but the bonuses still have high entertainment value.

Free games are another one of those interesting features. Players who’ve made a deposit in the last seven days can play bingo for free, with the chance to win real money. Essentially, if you’re the type of player who deposits regularly, you’ll find a lot of perks you can unlock along the way.

There are tons of games to use those perks on, too. More than 15 software providers contribute titles, from giants like Microgaming to Mutuel and Genii. Hundreds of options are spread across slots, table games, live dealer tables, bingo, scratchcards and so on.

Customer support is an obvious area which needs improvement. You can only get in touch via email, and it can take a couple of days to hear back. If you encounter an issue and want it fixed right away, this could become very frustrating.

Finding the right game can also be bothersome. Live casino titles are mixed in with standard table games. And there’s no way to filter your search by software provider, in-game bonuses, stakes, or anything else. If they fixed this, the games lobby could massively improve overnight.

Slots Royale Casino vs. Competitors

If Slots Royale had one aspect to distinguish itself from the many online casinos out there, it would probably be the bonuses. Welcome bonuses, Mega Reels, takeaway vouchers, cameras – you name it, they have it in some promotion.

The wagering requirements aren’t always great. In fact, this could be seen as a weak point for Slots Royale, because many of its rivals have wagering requirements around half as high as their 65x. But if your primary target is extra time at the reels, and maximising on enjoyment rather than converting every bonus to cash, it could work for you.

Few sites have a games library as accomplished as Slots Royale casino, but the problem is actually finding them. A more sophisticated set of filters is necessary if Slots Royale wants to compete with the best online casinos in the UK.

The Jackpot Village Experience

Slots Royale has the makings of a top online casino, but some work is needed. They already have an extensive selection of games from the best software providers available. The next step is for them to approach the games lobby with a user’s journey in mind, rather than just dumping them all in one place.

For a casino established in 2024, it’s very safe to play here. We know this based on the UKGC and AGCC licensing as well as the history of Jumpman Gaming, the site’s operator.

With a few tweaks to the lobby and the wagering requirements on bonuses, Slots Royale could be a top contender in the online casino space.

Sign-up

To create an account at Slots Royale, you just need to follow a few simple steps:

  1. Visit Slots Royale using the link provided and tap the ‘Join Now’ button;

  2. Fill in your name, email and D.O.B., then tap ‘Next Step’;

  3. Fill in your address;

  4. Finalise your details to create your account.

The Slots Royale verification system can be quite strict, which is somewhat expected for any online casino with a UKGC licence. You will need to provide KYC documents the first time you withdraw, such as a passport, driver’s licence, or utility bill dated within the last three months.

The terms and conditions of the website specifically state that you may need to, “from time to time, re-perform our verification checks” – although we didn’t experience this when reviewing Slots Royale casino.

Banking

You can choose from a practical mix of deposit options at Slots Royale casino. Review your choices by logging into your account and heading to the cashier, or just check out this list:

  • Debit card

  • paysafecard

  • Pay by Mobile

  • PayPal

  • Skrill

  • Neteller

Other online casinos may have more extensive payment methods but what I liked is the fact that you have multiple options for each category, such as traditional cards, e-wallets and, crucially, mobile payments. This final one was particularly important given how many of us are turning to mobile casino gaming these days.

If you’re cashing out, there’s a 72-hour pending period before an additional one-to-three days for the funds to land in your account.

You may also see a message telling you your deposit limit has been reached. If this happens, you can get in touch with the team to discuss increasing your limits in a responsible way. You may be asked to provide bank statements or pay slips to support your request.

Bonuses

You’ll frequently see more than a dozen offers when you review the Slots Royale ‘Promotions’ tab.

Each offer has the full terms and conditions on the individual page, as well as the key terms on the ‘Promotions’ page which just gives an overview. This suggests the site is very serious about giving you every bit of essential information before you claim a bonus, and this transparency earned a few extra points in our Slots Royale casino review.

What stood out when comparing the Slots Royale bonuses to its competitors was the varied nature of the promotions. From camera giveaways to cash drops and takeaway vouchers, you can see a determined effort to deliver exciting and fresh offers.

Collecting special trophies is the equivalent of a loyalty scheme at Slots Royale. Grab 200 and you’ll even get an Amazon voucher – another example of them injecting originality wherever they can.

Complete tasks to earn trophies, and unlock trophies to move up through the levels. Achieving a higher level guarantees you a higher minimum number of free spins when you spin the Mega Reel. You’ll earn Mega Reel Spins in many different ways, like making a qualifying deposit.

Games

Even before trying the games out for our review, the ‘Slots Royale’ casino name suggested that this site was all about reels. And while there are indeed hundreds of slots from 15+ providers, the games lobby isn’t organised very efficiently.

Jackpot slots can be easily identified in the ‘Jackpots’ tab, with over 65 jackpot slots, including Fluffy Mega Jackpot, Irish Luck and Piggy Payout. But the main slots section is a jumble. With 15+ software providers and no real filters, they could definitely make it easier to find games.

On the plus side, you can add games to your ‘My Faves’ list to find them easily in the future. And there are tags like ‘Newest’ to help you seek out fresh slots. But we certainly would prefer to see filters like game themes, software provider, bonus features and so on to help sort through this mountain of slots, many of which are extremely popular titles.

There are 130+ options under ‘Table Games’, but this also includes live casino tables. Unfortunately, there’s no separate tab for live casino games – even though the site sometimes runs live casino bonuses.

You’ll need to be logged in to your account to access any free games, like the free bingo option for players who have deposited in the last seven days.

Mobile App

At the beginning of our review of Slots Royale Casino, we checked the App Store and found something called ‘Slots Royale: 777 Vegas Casino’. Unfortunately, that’s an unrelated app from Banyan Slots Limited. The Slots Royale casino in this review has no app.

But you can still play on mobile. And the site looks more or less identical on desktop and mobile. This is in part due to an unusual set of tabs in the games lobby. You have to tap on a right or left arrow to scroll through the options. While this can be a slight pain, it does mean you have a near-identical experience on mobile and desktop, as the menu isn’t rearranged like it is at most mobile casinos.

Support

You can only get in touch with Slots Royale casino’s support team via email, using their web form.

They also have FAQs. You can reach both of these options by tapping ‘Help’ in the website’s footer, then expanding the dropdown box titled ‘I still need help – who do I contact?’ and finally using the hyperlink provided. Alternatively, if you just want to email, you can tap ‘Support’ in the bottom right.

The team aim to reply in two days. In the modern age, this is insufficient for an online casino. At a minimum, I’d like to see some kind of live chat added to improve the experience here.

Safety and Security

Earlier in my review of Slots Royale casino, I touched upon how strict they are with KYC checks. This can partly be explained by the fact that they are regulated by the AGCC and UKGC, and only available to players in the UK.

While there are many respected regulators in the online casino sector, it’s widely acknowledged that the UK has some of the sternest checks. This has its downsides, but is also a reliable indicator that Slots Royale is a safe place for you to play and with which to share your card details.

Slots Royale was founded in 2024, so there are certainly many online casinos that have been around longer. But it’s operated by Jumpman Gaming, and so the team behind it are very experienced.

Responsible Gambling

We saw an extensive list of partners and associates linked to Slots Royale including BeGambleAware, GAMSTOP and more which indicate this is a highly compliant and fully licensed site which takes responsible gambling very seriously.

As part of this, you may need to provide pay slips in order to have your deposit limits increased. This will, understandably, make some players uncomfortable. However, it is within the site’s remit and helps ensure the UKGC regulations are observed.
