Editor’s Verdict: Wild West Wins Casino Online
A Wild West theme isn’t the most original concept for an online casino but if it works, I have no complaints. And I saw a lot of things which did work in my review of Wild West Wins Casino: a large games library with 800+ choices, an unusually high number of bonuses, and a simple yet rewarding VIP program in the form of trophies.
But there are undeniable issues. For a site created in 2024 and operated by a business as experienced as Jumpman Gaming, live chat support is a must. And the game layout in the lobby leaves a lot to be desired, as you have to filter through many titles manually to find what you want. With 800 games, that’s a lot of scrolling.
In spite of its drawbacks, I believe many players will really enjoy Wild West Wins for the non-stop bonuses and high-quality games. Just be aware of its limitations.
A Closer Look at Pros and Cons
One major pro I spotted early in my review of Wild West Wins is the casino’s number of games. There are more than 800 to choose from, including titles from major software providers like Microgaming and NetEnt.
And no matter which game you want to play, there always seems to be a bonus for you! I counted 16 promotions at the time of this Wild West Wins casino review, which is about as many as you could hope for. Unfortunately, many of them have 65x wagering requirements attached, which means they’re really tough to unlock as real cash.
There’s also an issue with the huge games library – it’s fiddly to browse. The top menu doesn’t fit on the screen in its entirety, so you need to scroll left or right using arrows. This makes it easy to tap the wrong area. A lack of filters, and the omission of a live casino tab, make things trickier.
Wild West Wins Casino vs. Competitors
There are aspects which make Wild West Wins fairly unique, like the exceptionally high number of bonuses and the fact it’s all exclusive to players in the UK. Overall, though, the site is treading on familiar territory with a Wild West theme and incorporating already-popular slots like Starburst.
Wild West Wins does a few things more effectively than most of its competitors. With 800+ games, it overshadows a significant proportion of other sites, and the UKGC license means it’s very serious about player safety.
Because the site is operated by Jumpman Gaming, an established iGaming presence which runs over 30 online casinos, players will intuitively feel like they can trust this site. Reputation is certainly important when reviewing online casinos like Wild West Wins.
Where other online casinos emerge as the winners, though, is in things like customer support. Wild West Wins is only able to offer email support – no live chat, no phone calls. And the 65x wagering requirement on bonuses is at the top end. You’ll find other casinos commonly offer 40x, 35x or 30x.
The Wild West Wins Experience
Wild West Wins has the markings of a classic casino where the focus is on games, games, games. The Wild West theme isn’t unique but it’s classily familiar to players with online casino experience.
It’s refreshing to see a pure casino which hasn’t shoehorned in a mediocre sports book, but the merits of the simple layout are limited due to its shortcomings in the lack of game filters.
It’s a mixed bag. But don’t worry, I’ll explain everything in more detail in this full review of Wild West Wins Casino.
Sign-up
You can sign up to Wild West Wins casino online in no time. Here’s what you need to do:
On the casino’s homepage, tap ‘Join Now’;
Enter your details and agree to the T&Cs;
Verify your new account via email or SMS;
Go to My Account > Cashier > Make a Deposit to top up your funds;
then pick a game and start playing!
Alternatively, you can choose to click the ‘PayPal Quick Registration’ for a quick sign up.
When you first try to cash out, you may face something called a Source of Funds request, which is part of the website’s KYC (Know Your Customer) process. It’s a little different to standard I.D. checks.
Examples of documents which you may have to provide to Wild West Wins casino include:
Bank statements
Pay slips
Other relevant information
If you fail to provide these documents, your gameplay will be restricted. You’ll only be asked for these upon a withdrawal, not when you first deposit. The site states these enhanced checks are only triggered when “certain deposit thresholds have been met”. Experienced casino players will be aware that these checks are much more diligent on withdrawals rather than deposits, for obvious reasons.
Banking
All banking options on the site are operated using GBP. Head to the FAQs section to review Wild West Wins Casino’s deposit options, which are:
Debit card
paysafecard
Pay by Mobile
PayPal
Skrill
Neteller
You can add a maximum of three cards to any one account, and the minimum deposit is £10. Note that, as it’s a UK-centric site, you can’t deposit using your credit card, which is now prohibited in the UK.
Withdrawals enter a 72-hour processing period as soon as you initiate them. Following that, you’ll wait an additional one-to-three days for funds to land in your account.
I tried cashing out on mobile as part of my Wild West Wins Casino review and it was easy. Log in, go to ‘My Account’, tap ‘Cashier’, then ‘Make a Withdrawal’ and enter the amount you want to take out. The only slightly confusing thing is that the ‘Cashier’ button is located under ‘Your Trophies’, but it’s a minor issue.
Bonuses
I was taken aback by the sheer volume of bonuses running concurrently at Wild West Casinos. Review your many options by tapping on ‘Promotions’. You can claim free spins, battle for cash drops, enter giveaways for cool, physical products, and much more.
You can also compete for trophies. Wild West Wins has hundreds of trophies for players to unlock – and the more you earn, the more goodies you’ll receive.
Wild West Wins trophies work in a similar way to traditional VIP programs. As you win more trophies, you will progress through different levels. Here’s how many trophies you need for each level:
Level 1: 1-5 trophies
Level 2: 6-10 trophies
Level 3: 11-15 trophies
Level 4: 16+ trophies
After unlocking a new level, you’ll get to spin the Mega Reel, where you can win free spins on selected slots. The higher your level, the higher the minimum number of spins you’ll win. If you hit top prize, you’ll unlock a huge 500 free spins.
Note that there are strict limits on the free spins you’ll win. They have significant 65x wagering requirements and the maximum win per 10 free spins is only £8.
Games
My first impression of the games library when I began my Wild West Wins casino review was that the layout isn’t amazing. You’ll see a panel of games icons and a menu at the top where you have to tap or click arrows to scroll through. It’s a bit too cramped, and this is the case on both mobile and desktop.
One reason for this could be the massive games library available at Wild West Wins casino. There are more than 15 software providers delivering over 800 titles, and that includes hugely popular slots such as Starburst and Book of Dead.
Microgaming and NetEnt are among the contributors to the Wild West Wins games catalogue, so you’ll see many instantly recognisable titles. Jackpot slots have their own section, with 65+ jackpot slots available. I also saw a bingo section and a scratchcards tab which has 70+ entries.
The table games section is bigger than many online casinos, but there’s no way to filter the games so you simply have to scroll through the 130+ games, which also include live options. Blackjack, game shows, Dragon Tiger and more are covered here. I also spotted Vinnie Jones Roulette, which is not a common title to see.
Mobile App
There is currently no app available at Wild West Wins casino. Reviews of mobile play at the site only revolve around playing on your browser. For many players, this is perfectly fine – and it’s how I played games during my review of Wild West Wins casino.
As I touched upon earlier in my Wild West Wins casino review, the games library is a bit constricted. In my opinion, this is less noticeable on mobile, as it’s more common for a casino to not be able to fit everything perfectly on a mobile-sized screen. Therefore, it’s less of an issue when you play on your phone.
Support
Customer support is limited to email at Wild West Wins casino. To access it, you should tap the ‘Help’ link in the footer of the website, then the ‘Support’ button in the bottom-right.
From here, you simply fill out some basic information and can include up to five attachments. You don’t need to be a member to contact customer support.
I always prefer to see live chat, so this was one aspect which didn’t score too highly in my Wild West Wins casino review.
Safety and Security
I already spoke about the stringent Source of Funds requests earlier in my review of Wild West Wins. While they can be a pain, it’s a solid indicator of a site which values security highly.
This is no doubt due, in part, to the fact that Wild West Wins is regulated by the UK’s Gambling Commission. This is one of the most strict agencies for gambling licenses worldwide. Any online casino with a license from the UKGC is unlikely to be cutting any corners.
This should offset any worries about the casino only being established in 2024.
Responsible Gambling
Tying in neatly with the UK gambling license, Wild West Wins really takes responsible gambling seriously, with a raft of icons displayed for GambleAware.org, GAMSTOP, the Alderney Gambling Control Commission and so on.
If you tap on ‘Responsible Gaming’, you’ll see instructions on how you can impose self-exclusions on your account. You can do this for a period of one day, one week, one month or up to six weeks.
One slight downside is that this only excludes you from this site, and not any of Jumpman Gaming’s sister websites. But, in their defence, that could be tricky to implement.
